Brief History of Organization |
|

|
Girl
Guiding followed on from the foundation of Boy Scouting in 1908
when a group of girls decided to become ‘Girl Scouts’ and were
noticed by the Founder of the Boy Scouts, Robert Baden-Powell.
His sister Agnes, and then later his wife, Olave, developed the
Movement for girls and young women which very quickly spread
from the UK across the world. |
