In most countries of Latin-America there are many organisms that group the different existent organizations and juvenile movements into horizontal networks with many different characteristics and means of action. In several cases this networks had been named as National Councils of Youth (emulating the existent European experience on these matters), while in other cases they are named as "Consensual Youth" centers or simply "Youth Networks". We offer here a short presentation of each one of them including its main referential datum (address, telephone, fax, e-mail, internet address, contact, etc.). All of them are also member (together with other international networks) of the Latin-American Forum of Youth (FLAJ)
